EMEC is located in Southeastern North Carolina and offers general educational consulting with expertise in science and mathematics education and technology.

EMEC was established in 2004 to serve clients with evaluation services for state and federally funded science and mathematics programs. In addition, EMEC offers grant preparation and planning support, staff development, and technology integration assistance.
