Dr. Barbara P. Heath is a seasoned educational consultant and the driving force behind East Main Evaluation and Consulting, LLC. Bringing a wealth of experience and a passion for learning, she empowers institutions and individuals to reach their full potential through insightful evaluation, customized strategies, and unwavering support.

Barbara began her career with a B.S. in Physics from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by her Master's and Ph.D. in science education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington (UNCW) and North Carolina State University. Her thesis and dissertation explored the development of teachers from a constructivist perspective, laying the foundation for her future dedication to educational endeavors. After a postdoctoral position in the chemistry department at UNCW, she embarked on a fulfilling consulting career. Drawing upon her deep understanding of learning theories, research methodologies, and data analysis, she guides clients toward informed decision-making and impactful outcomes.
 
Barbara's approach is as comprehensive as it is compassionate. She delves into each client's unique needs, crafting solutions tailored to their specific context and aspirations.
